CAP Today: A Frank Discussion on IQCPs

Dr. James O. Westgard was in two consecutive issues of CAP Today, where the topic of IQCP (Individualized Quality Control Plans) was discussed.

The first article, from the September issue, has a more positive article about IQCP, where Dr. Westgard has a few words to say, but is only a minor mention, Risk management steps up labs' QC game under IQCP.

The second article, from the October issue, contains a much longer interview:  In lab QC, How much room for improvement?

Just goes to show that IQCP is coming soon and there is a great deal of interest, curiousity, and more than a little bit of trepidation about what it's going to mean for laboratories.
