Anyone heading off to Milan this May?

Dr. James O. Westgard will appear at the IFCC Milan conference in an educational workshop on Monday May 20th.

The topic is the TOTAL QUALITY SOLUTION FOR TOTAL TESTING PROCESS (TTP)

The event will be chaired by the eminent Dr. Plebani and Dr. Queralto.

Dr. David Hamer will co-present, Reviewing the role of lean management for error reduction in the
pre-analytical part of TTP.

Cass Grandone of Abbott Diagnostics will also co-present, revieing the Role of instrument design for error reduction in the analytical process.

Finally, Dr. Westgard will present the Role of the six sigma quality solution in TTP.
