In August, Westgard QC was pleased to verify the third NGHA hospital in Saudi Arabia.

King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al Ahsa was founded in 2002.  It provides National Guard personnel and their eligible dependents with the highest quality of primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare services. In addition, medical services may be provided to eligible Saudi citizens suffering from diseases requiring tertiary care.

The hospital consists of 3 levels of a total area of 35,000 square/meter which has a 281 bed-capacity and can accommodate up to 400 beds.  There are four Operating Rooms and two Day Surgery Operation Rooms, Main Pharmacy, Laboratory and the VIP ward. 

In addition to that, the hospital consists of Housing buildings for its employees which cover a 24,000 square/meter area that has a lot of main and basic facilities such sports and recreation centers.
