With the new website, we also have a new online store. If you want to get an idea of how to use the online store to place an order for our courses, books, or software, here is a step-by-step explanation. Includes screen shots so you'll have a good preview of each part of the ordering process.

1. Find something to buy.
2. Proceed to Checkout (login, fill out your Billing Address).
3. Enter Shipping Address.
4. Choose Shipping Method.
5. Confirm Order, Shipping and Billing Address.
6. Make Payment by Credit Card or PayPal account.
7. Confirm Payment and Get Order Statement.

Ordering is a simple process with Westgard QC. The store is integrated right into the same server as the articles. You can place an order online in a few moments - but remember you can always call 608-833-4718 and place the order over the phone, too. Or fax your order to 608-833-0640. But for those of you who want the fastest way to place an order, that's through the online store.

Step 1. Find something to buy

We hope this step isn't too hard. There are many books, courses, and software to choose from.

In the store you can click on the Add to Cart button and the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can keep shopping and adding products to your cart until you're ready to check out.

Here's (below) what your screen will look like before you decide to start the Checkout process.
When you're ready to check out, you click the Proceed to Checkout button.

[Note: there's a field here where you can enter online coupons for savings and discounts.]

2. Proceed to Checkout - Login or Enter your Billing Address

Next you click on Proceed to Checkout. At this point, you'll be asked to login with your username and password. If you are already a member, you can use your existing login/username and password. If you are not a member, you will still be asked to enter your Billing Address.

Even if you are a member, if this is your first time placing an order, you will still be asked to enter your shipping and billing information. This is information we don't collect when you join the website membership.)

Then you click to proceed to the next step.

Step 3. Enter Shipping address

If your shipping address is different than your billing address, you will now have the opportunity to enter that information. If your shipping and billing address are the same, you can just click and proceed to the next step.

Click Next to proceed to the next step.

Step 4. Choose your Shipping Method.

Now you may have a choice among different shipment methods. For US customers, if you're purchasing a book or software, you'll be able to choose either ground or Fedex shipping. (Foreign orders only go air mail - for Fedex or other delivery methods, we recommend you contact us directly at 608-833-4718. And online courses do not require any shipment at all - you'll be notified by email when you can access the course)

Click Next to proceed to the next step.

Step 5. Confirm Shipping and Billing information.

One last screen before the payment part begins. You get a summary on the Westgard website of your order, your shipping and billing addresses and your shipping preference. There is even a place at the bottom where you can add a note to the order - specific instructions for delivery, for example.

You need to click Confirm Order to proceed to the actual payment and completion of the order.

6. Make Payment through Credit Card or PayPal

Now the ordering process takes you over to the PayPal secure website. You can make payment by major credit card (or by using your PayPal account if you prefer).

If you're paying by credit card, you use the left side of this screen, then click to move to the next step. If you choose to pay with a PayPal account, you login on the right side of the screen (the rest of that payment process won't be shown - we assume most customers will pay by credit card).

Finally, you'll get one last summary screen of the order - and to complete the order, you'll need to click Pay Now.

If everything listed on this review of your order is correct, click Pay Now and you will initiate the payment and order.

7. Confirm Payment and Get Order Statement

If the payment is successful, you'll see this screen:

If you click on the Return to Westgard QC Inc link, you'll return to the Westgard website, and you will see this message:

Then, if you click to view the Order Details, you'll also be able to view and print a copy of your order.

That's it! You've completed an order through Westgard QC. You'll get emails with confirmation of the order, in addition to this online statement.

We hope this detailed view of the ordering process hasn't made it seem complicated. We have tried to show every screen and step in the process so you'll won't find any surprises - and you will have confidence in placing an order online with us.
